How to Register

Pre-registration is required for participation in all classes and tournaments.

PAYMENTS

PREPAID (discounted) price: is for Pre-Registering and Pre-Paying
Paying the day of the class: course fee will be the FULL PRICE, CASH ONLY
NO credit cards
Checks and Money Orders:
- Accepted until ONE WEEK prior to the class/camp START DATE. After that date, only CASH will be accepted for course fees.

Mail course fees to: PO Box 376, Williamsville, NY 14231-0376

REFUNDS

PrePaid Course/Camp Fees: will be glady refunded, less a Processing Fee, until ONE MONTH prior to the class/camp START DATE. After that date, there will be a Late Cancellation Fee charged against the refunded amount.
There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS once the class/camp has started. No exceptions.
